The present invention relates to a guide system for guiding at least one movably mounted door leaf, in particular a folding and sliding door, relative to a fixed furniture part, comprising:
at least one carrier for the movable mounting of the at least one door leaf,
at least one guide rail to be fastened to the fixed furniture part for guiding the at least one carrier,
at least one guide device for the displaceable mounting of the at least one carrier along the guide rail,
at least one carriage which can be coupled to the at least one door leaf,
- At least one receiving device for receiving the at least one carriage, the at least one receiving device connecting to the at least one carrier in a longitudinal direction of the at least one carrier.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with a fixed furniture part and with at least one door leaf, which is movably mounted relative to the fixed furniture part by a guide system of the type to be described.
In WO 2018/129575 A1 of the applicant, a guide system for door leaves with two guide rails running at right angles to one another is shown in FIGS. 10a, 10b, a support in the form of an elongated column being provided for mounting at least one door leaf. The carrier - together with the two door leaves - is mounted so that it can be moved in a depth direction of the furniture body, so that when not in use, the door leaves can be retracted in a position parallel to one another in a side insertion slot of the furniture body. For this purpose, a guide rail is fastened to the side wall of the furniture body, the carrier being mounted so as to be movable along the guide rail in the depth direction of the furniture body via a support roller. A carriage which can be coupled to the door leaf is, starting from a further guide rail which runs parallel to a front edge of the furniture body, onto a carrier / 20
83896-21 / gb connected cradle transferable. The transition between the further guide rail and the support device of the carrier can, however, be somewhat bumpy, depending on the weight of the door leaves. The weight and any adjustments made to a position of the door leaves can additionally lead to a twisting or inclined position of the carrier, the support roller being tilted relative to the first guide rail fastened to the side wall. In addition to unfavorable kinematics of the door leaves, this can also lead to one-sided loads on the support rollers, which lead to uneven abrasion and thus to premature wear of the support roller.
The object of the present invention is to provide a guidance system of the type mentioned at the outset while avoiding the disadvantages discussed above.
This is solved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, it is provided that the at least one receiving device is mounted so as to be movable relative to the carrier in the longitudinal direction of the carrier.
In other words, the carrier and the receiving device for the carriage are designed as separate components which are mounted such that they can be displaced relative to one another in a longitudinal direction of the carrier. In this way, the carrier and the receiving device are decoupled from one another, so that the receiving device for the carriage, for example due to a load caused by the weight of the door leaf or a twisting or inclination of the carrier caused by an adjustment of the door leaf, remains largely unaffected by these loads.
The guide device of the carrier can have at least one roller which is movably mounted along the guide rail.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the receiving device at least one of the guide device of the carrier / 20th
83896-21 / gb has a separate support roller which is movably mounted along the guide rail.
It can be provided that the guide rail has a first catwalk and a second catwalk separate from the first catwalk, the roller of the guide device of the carrier being movably supported along the first catwalk of the guide rail and the at least one support roller of the receiving device being movably mounted along the second catwalk of the guide rail , In other words, the spar and the receiving device can each have at least one or more roller (s) or support roller (s), which can each be rolled off on separate runways of the guide rail. In this way, the decoupling between the carrier and the receiving device can be further improved. Optionally, the rollers of the carrier and the support rollers of the receiving device can also be supported on separate guide rails which run essentially parallel to one another in an assembly position.
The carrier and the receiving device are connected to one another in a motion-coupled manner when moving along the guide rail, wherein it is preferably provided that the carrier and the receiving device are coupled to one another without play when moving along the guide rail.
According to one exemplary embodiment of the invention, provision can be made for at least one protrusion to be provided for movable mounting between the carrier and the receiving device in the longitudinal direction of the carrier, the at least one projection being arranged on the carrier or on the receiving device and in one on the receiving device or recess arranged on the carrier is guided displaceably. The projection can for example be loosely received in the recess. Alternatively, it is possible that a relative movement between the carrier and the receiving device in the longitudinal direction of the carrier can be damped by the force of a mechanical spring element or by a damping device (for example by a hydraulic piston-cylinder unit).

Fig. 1a shows a perspective view of a piece of furniture 1 with a furniture body 2 and a folding sliding door, which movable door leaves 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b. The door leaves 3a, 3b and the door leaves 4a, 4b are each guided by a guide system 5 between a first position in which the door leaves 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b are aligned essentially coplanar to one another, and a second position in which the door leaves 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b are aligned essentially parallel to one another, movably mounted. In a second (parallel) position, the door leaves 3a, 3b can be inserted into a side receiving compartment 8a of the furniture body 2, while the door leaves 4a, 4b can be inserted into a further receiving compartment 8b in a position parallel to one another. The mode of operation is explained below with the aid of the door leaves 3a and 3b, the same statements being valid for the door leaves 4a, 4b. The guide system 5 comprises a longitudinal rail 7 with a longitudinal direction (L), a carriage 6 which can be coupled to the second door leaf 3b being mounted so as to be movable along the longitudinal rail 7. The longitudinal rail 7 is arranged substantially horizontally and parallel to a front edge of the furniture body 2 in an assembly position.

Fig. 1 b shows the furniture 1, wherein the door leaves 3a, 3b were moved from the coplanar position shown in Fig. 1 a to an angular position to each other. The first door leaf 3a can, for example, be movably mounted on a carrier 11 via two or more furniture hinges 10, the carrier 11 being insertable into the receiving compartment 8a in a depth direction (Z). In the figure shown, the carrier 11 is in a transfer position, so that the carriage 6 can be displaced between the longitudinal rail 7 and the carrier 11. In the transfer position shown, the carrier 11 is releasably locked to the longitudinal rail 7, the locking between the longitudinal rail 7 and the carrier 11 being releasable by the carriage 6 entering or onto the carrier 11. The carrier 11 is designed in the form of an elongated column, the length of which corresponds to at least half the height of the door leaves 3a, 3b. The two door leaves 3a, 3b are connected to one another in an articulated manner about at least one hinge fitting 9 about a vertical axis. The second door leaf 3b is movably mounted on the carriage 6 along the longitudinal rail 7.
Fig. 2a shows the furniture 1 with the door leaves 3a and 3b, which are now aligned parallel to each other. The carrier 11 was unlocked by an entry of the carriage 6 from the longitudinal rail 7, so that the carrier 11 (together with the carriage 6 and the door leaves 3a, 3b) in the depth direction (Z) along a transverse to the longitudinal direction (L) of the longitudinal rail 7 extending guide rail 17 (Fig. 3) of the guide system 5 can be inserted into the receiving compartment 8a.
2b shows the furniture 1 with the door leaves 3a, 3b, which are now in a fully inserted state in the receiving compartment 8a. The door leaves 3a, 3b are thus guided by the guide system 5 starting from a first position according to FIG. 1a, in which the door leaves 3a, 3b are aligned essentially coplanar to one another, and a second position according to FIG. 2b, in which the door leaves 3a, 3b are aligned essentially parallel to one another and can be accommodated within the accommodating compartment 8a, movably mounted. In this way, for example, a kitchen 12 as shown in FIGS. 2a, 2b can be completely covered, so that the kitchen 12 can be optically separated from a remaining area of a living space. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the receiving compartment 8a is formed by a side wall 13a and a fixed furniture part 13b spaced parallel from the side wall 13a, the / 20
83896-21 / gb
Door leaves 3a, 3b can be inserted in a parallel position to one another between the side wall 13a and the fixed furniture part 13b.
3 shows a perspective view of the guide system 5 in the area between the side wall 13a and the fixed furniture part 13b, between which the receiving compartment 8a for receiving the door leaves 3a, 3b is formed. The longitudinal rail 7 has a longitudinal direction (L) which, in an assembly position, runs parallel to a front edge of the furniture body 2. A guide rail 17 with a longitudinal direction (L2) is mounted on the fixed furniture part 13b, the longitudinal direction (L) of the longitudinal rail 7 and the longitudinal direction (L2) of the guide rail 17 extending transversely, preferably essentially at right angles, to one another. The carrier 11 is designed for the movable mounting of the at least one door leaf 3a, the door leaf 3a being pivotable on the carrier 11, for example via two or more furniture hinges 10 (FIG. 1b), about an axis which runs vertically in the installed position. The carrier 11 has at least one guide device 14, by means of which the carrier 11 can be moved along the guide rail 17 in the depth direction (Z) and in a direction opposite to the depth direction (Z). In the figure shown, the guide device 14 of the carrier 11 has at least one roller 14a, which is movably mounted along a first runway 17a of the guide rail 17.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the carrier 11 can be releasably locked to the longitudinal rail 7 via a receiving device 15. The receiving device 15 is designed to receive the carriage 6, so that the carriage 6 can be moved into the receiving device 15 starting from the longitudinal rail 7. For this purpose, guide grooves 20, 21 can be formed in the longitudinal rail 7, which extend in the longitudinal direction (L) of the longitudinal rail 7 and which in the transfer position of the receiving device 15 are aligned with corresponding guide grooves 20a, 21a of the receiving device 15. In this way, the rollers 6a, 6b (FIG. 6b) of the carriage 6 can be moved without a disturbing abutting edge between the longitudinal rail 7 and the receiving device 15.
/ 20th
83896-21 / gb
According to the invention, it is provided that the receiving device 15 is mounted such that it can move relative to the carrier 11 in the longitudinal direction (L1) of the carrier 11. In this way, the receiving device 15 and the carrier 11 are displaceably mounted relative to one another in the longitudinal direction (L1) of the carrier 11, so that the receiving device 15 is exerted by mechanical force exerted on the carrier 11 (for example by the weight of the door leaf 3a or by a Setting device for setting a position of the door leaf 3a) is decoupled from undesired torsional movements or lowering movements of the carrier 11. The result of this is that the guide grooves 20, 21 of the longitudinal rail 7 and the guide grooves 20a, 21a of the receiving device 15 always remain aligned with one another in the transfer position when the support 11 is lowered or twisted, and thus a precise displacement of the carriage 6 between the longitudinal rail 7 and the receiving device 15 is guaranteed.
For improved decoupling between the receiving device 15 and the carrier 11, it can be provided that the receiving device 15 has at least one support roller 16 which is separate from the guide device 14 of the carrier 11 and which is movably mounted along the guide rail 17. It is preferably provided that the guide rail 17 has a first catwalk 17a and at least one second catwalk 17b separate from the first catwalk 17a, the caster 14a of the guide device 14 along the first catwalk 17a of the guide rail 17 and the at least one support roller 16 of the receiving device 15 along of the second catwalk 17b of the guide rail 17 is movably mounted.
The carrier 11 and the receiving device 15 are connected to one another in a movement-coupled manner when moving along the guide rail 17 in the depth direction (Z), wherein it is preferably provided that the receiving device 15 when moving along the guide rail 17 in the depth direction (Z) and in one the direction opposite the depth direction (Z) are coupled to one another without play. For improved support of the carrier 11, at least one further guide rail 18 can be provided, along which at least one further roller 19 of the carrier 11 is movably mounted.

83896-21 / gb
Fig. 4 shows the guide system 5, wherein the receiving device 15 was unlocked by an entry of the carriage 6 from the longitudinal rail 7, so that the carrier 11, the receiving device 15 and the carriage 6 mounted on the receiving device 15 for the door leaf 3b for movement in the depth direction (Z) were released. The carrier 11 can be moved via the roller 14a along the first runway 17a of the guide rail 17, while the support roller 16 of the receiving device 15 can be rolled off along the second runway 17b of the guide rail 17. The carrier 11 can be supported on the further guide rail 18 via at least one further roller 19.
5 shows a further position of the carrier 11 in the depth direction (Z). The first door leaf 3a is movably connected to the carrier 11, while the second door leaf 3b, which is articulated to the first door leaf 3a, is guided over the carriage 6. By moving the carrier 11 in the depth direction (Z), the receiving device 15, the carriage 6 mounted on the receiving device 15 and thus also the two door wings 3a, 3b aligned parallel to one another can be pushed into the receiving compartment 8a in the depth direction (Z).
FIG. 6 a shows a side view of the guide system 5 in an assembled state, the position of the carrier 11 in the depth direction (Z) corresponding to the previous FIG. 5. The guide rail 17 with the walkways 17a and 17b spaced apart in the vertical direction is arranged on the fixed furniture part 13b, the rollers 14a of the carrier 11 being movable along the first walkway 17a and the support rollers 16 of the receiving device 15 along the second walkway 17b of the guide rail 17. It can be seen that at least one projection 22 is provided for the movable mounting between the carrier 11 and the receiving device 15 in the longitudinal direction (L1) of the carrier 11, the at least one projection 22 being arranged on the carrier 11 or on the receiving device 15 and in a recess 23 arranged on the receiving device 15 or on the carrier 11 is guided displaceably. The at least one projection 22 can be designed, for example, as a cylindrical pin which is received in a cylindrical recess 23. In this way, if the carrier 11 is twisted about its longitudinal axis (L1), no torque is applied to the / 20

Receiving device 15 exercised so that the receiving device 15 remains aligned in the transfer position despite a twisting of the carrier 11 about its longitudinal axis (L1) exactly to the longitudinal direction (L) of the longitudinal rail 7. Of course, two or more projections 22 can also be provided for the displaceable mounting between the carrier 11 and the receiving device 15, said projections 22 being displaceably guided in a plurality of corresponding recesses 23.
Fig. 6b shows the receiving device 15 with the guide grooves 20a and 21a, which in the transfer position of the receiving device 15, in which the
Receiving device 15 connects to the longitudinal rail 7 in the longitudinal direction (L), with the guide grooves 20 and 21 of the longitudinal rail 7 are aligned. The support roller 16 can be seen, which can be moved along the second runway 17a of the guide rail 17. The support roller 16 can be designed as a concave roller, for example as a double tapered roller, as a result of which the support roller 16 can be guided precisely and smoothly along the guide rail 17 in the depth direction (Z). The receiving device 15 is designed to receive the carriage 6, which has at least one roller 6a with a vertical axis of rotation and at least one roller 6b with a horizontal axis of rotation.
